- Thereafter, visit https://forms.crave.co.za/rental, fill in the requested details and upload a picture or screenshot of the rental invoice/monthly statement when available

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING CLAIMS:
- Box Office – Box Office does not send individual invoices for rentals. Please forward a picture/screenshot of your monthly statement when available displaying the rental/s that you are claiming for. Statements are available from https://boxoffice.dstv.com/history.
- Google Play Store – Google Play store does send individual invoices for rentals. Please forward a picture/screenshot of your invoice when available displaying the rental/s that you are claiming for.
- Itunes – Itunes does send individual invoices for rentals. Please forward a picture/screenshot of your invoice when available displaying the rental/s that you are claiming for.
- Refund claims are processed by Crave. Please refer all benefit queries to Crave.
- Individual online movie rental provider terms and conditions apply. Please familiarise yourself with these prior to utilising this benefit.
- You are entitled to the benefit once/day.
- The Rental Cashback benefit entitles you to a refund on the second most expensive movie rental, provided:
- No less than 2 rentals are purchased at the same time; and
- You are at least 18 years of age; and
- You have not exceeded your claims for that month (where applicable)
- The refund will be calculated as the second most expensive rental on the invoice/statement for the day up to a maximum of R50.00 (fifty Rand).
- Your claim will be processed within 72 working hours. Please note that claims received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday require an additional days processing time.
- The Rental Cashback benefit:
- Is applicable to rental movies purchased from the 3 qualifying rental providers. We shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend the eligibility of qualifying providers. We shall endeavor to promptly update our website as and when any changes are made; and
- Is not applicable with any special offers, promotions, discount vouchers or loyalty programs; and
- Is subject to change at any time; and
- Applies to items purchased on one receipt only
- Claim refunds:
- Must be submitted within one calendar month of your purchase; and
- Shall be deposited by Crave into the bank account in the name of the member only; and
- Must include the original purchase invoice or monthly statement clearly displaying the rental provider name, receipt number, date and time, or alternatively a statement indicating the purchase. At our discretion, we may ask for proof of payment to be submitted.
- Crave accepts no responsibility for the quality of service of online movie rental providers. Furthermore, Crave will not become involved in any non-Crave related disputes between Members and rental providers.
- Crave processes and terms and conditions may be amended. We reserve the right to restrict claims.
Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent the Crave terms and conditions, will result in your claim being denied and your membership being terminated.
