CRAVE DINING CASHBACK

 Refund claims are processed by Crave and not the restaurant. Please refer all benefit queries to Crave.

  1. The Dining Cashback benefit entitles you as an active member to a refund on the second most expensive meal, provided:
    a) you are dining with at least one other person; and
    b) no less than 2 meals and 2 drinks are purchased per membership; and
    c) you have not exceeded your visits for that month (where applicable); and
    d) you are at least 18 years of age
  2. The refund will be calculated as the second most expensive meal on the bill, up to a maximum of R120.00 (one hundred and twenty Rand). Your claim will be verified with the restaurant to ensure validity.
  3. Your claim will be processed within 72 working hours. Please note that claims received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will incur an additional days processing time.
  4. The Dining Cashback benefit:
    a) can only be redeemed at restaurants identified with a green “Dining Cashback” tag on our website. We shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of restaurants from time to time. We shall endeavour to promptly update our website as and when any changes are made. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all listed restaurants are trading, Crave will not be held liable in the event of any restaurant closures; and
    b) is based on the restaurants standard prices; and
    c) is not applicable with any special offers, promotions, discount vouchers or loyalty programs; and
    d) cannot be used when purchasing takeaways; and
    e) can only be used once per restaurant per day; and
    f) does not apply to desserts, extras, toppings, sides e.g. build your burger, extras on pizza etc; and
    g) applies to individual line items on the menu whereby only one discount applies; and
    h) applies to courses that include drinks provided it is not a special
  5. A maximum of two memberships may be used per table, provided they are under different names. Each member must request their own authorisation code and claim separately. Your refund will be calculated as follows:
    a) Membership 1: 2nd most expensive meal on the bill up to max R120 with a minimum of 2 drinks
    b) Membership 2: 4th most expensive meal on the bill up to max R120 with a minimum of 4 drinks
  6. You are required to request an authorisation code from Crave prior to dining using any of the following methods. Your authorisation is not a booking and is not a guarantee of a refund.  If required, please make a booking reservation directly with the restaurant.
  7. USSD – Dial *120*2582# & follow the prompts to enter your details & receive your authorisation code (USSD is charged at 20c/20s). If you are unsuccessful in authorising via USSD, please call us to authorise
  8. Call – Call 0861 990 006 & an agent will provide you with your authorisation code
  9. Refund claims:
    a) must be submitted within one calendar month of your restaurant visit; and
    b) must be deposited into the bank account in the name of the member only; and
    must include a complete and legible claim form; and
    c) must include the original restaurant receipt clearly displaying the restaurant name, receipt number, date and time (card receipts not accepted). At our discretion, we may request for proof of payment to be submitted along with any pro-forma invoices that are submitted e.g. credit card slip, Zapper or Snapscan receipt, cash receipt; and
    d) will not be processed if the details on your receipt (restaurant name, date) does not match your authorisation or if the time of payment is over 5 hours from your authorisation time. Should you wish to reschedule your restaurant booking, please request a new authorisation code. Backdated authorisations are not allowed.
  10. Membership is non-transferable.
  11. Crave accepts no responsibility for the quality of service and/or meals at any of our dining partners. Furthermore, Crave will not become involved in any non-Crave related disputes between members and restaurants.
  12. Crave processes and terms and conditions may be amended from time-to-time.
  13. Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent the Crave terms and conditions, will result in your membership being terminated.

CRAVE DINING VOUCHER 

  1. The Crave Dining Voucher Benefit utilises Zapper (www.zapper.com) to facilitate discounting. You are required to download and install the Zapper app onto a compatible smartphone (iOS, Android) in order to access the Benefit. Zapper Terms & Conditions apply.
  2. The Benefit entitles you to a discount of R120, provided that:
    a) You purchase a minimum of two meals; and
    b) You spend a minimum of R300
  1. A maximum of two vouchers may be used per table, provided that:
    a) Two members are present; and
    b) A minimum of four meals are purchased; and
    c) A minimum of R600 is spent
  2. Your Benefit voucher is sent to your Zapper inbox on a monthly basis and is valid for that calendar month.
  3. You are required to redeem the Benefit voucher and pay via Zapper to enable your discount. 
  4. Unless otherwise specified, vouchers may be used once per day. 
  5. The Crave Dining Voucher Benefit: 
    a) can only be redeemed at participating partners. We shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of participating partners from time to time. We shall endeavour to promptly update the list of participating partners as and when any changes are made. You are required to check the list of participating partners to confirm availability every time prior to utilising the Benefit; and
    b) is based on the participating partners standard prices. Partners reserve the right to restrict the usage of any special offer, promotion, gift card, voucher or loyalty program in conjunction with the Benefit; and
    c) may be redeemed in-store or via takeaway (where takeaway is offered); and
    d) may not be used in conjunction with any other Crave benefit (where applicable); and
    e) may not be used for any purchases other than the stated purpose
  6. In all instances whereby you do not qualify for the Benefit discount, you are required to uncheck your voucher prior to paying with Zapper. 
  7. Membership is non-transferable. Partners reserve the right to ask for proof of ID.
  8. Crave accepts no responsibility for the quality of service and/or products at any of our partners. Furthermore, Crave will not become involved in any non-Crave related disputes between members and partners. 
  9. Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent the Crave Dining Voucher or Zapper terms and conditions will result in your membership being terminated.

CRAVE COFFEE VOUCHER

  1. The Crave Coffee Voucher Benefit utilises Zapper (www.zapper.com) to facilitate discounting. You are required to download and install the Zapper app onto a compatible smartphone (iOS, Android) in order to access the Benefit. Zapper Terms & Conditions apply.
  2. The Benefit entitles a Crave Coffee Voucher member to buy one coffee and get one free.
  3. You are required to spend a minimum of R30 to qualify for your discount. 
  4. Where both coffees differ in price, the discount is calculated as 50% of the total cost of both coffees, up to a maximum discount of R25.
  5. Your Benefit voucher is sent to your Zapper inbox on a monthly basis and is valid for that calendar month.
  6. You are required to redeem the Benefit voucher and pay via Zapper to enable your discount.
  7. Unless otherwise specified, any unused redemptions may be accumulated for that calendar month and may be used once per day per restaurant. 
  8. The Crave Coffee Voucher Benefit: 
    a) can only be redeemed at participating partners. We shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of participating partners from time to time. We shall endeavour to promptly update the list of participating partners as and when any changes are made. You are required to check the list of participating partners to confirm availability every time prior to utilising the Benefit;
    b) is based on the participating partners standard prices. Partners reserve the right to restrict the usage of any special offer, promotion, gift card, voucher or loyalty program in conjunction with the Benefit; 
    c) is applicable to all non-alcoholic hot beverages e.g. cappuccino, latte, coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc; 
    d) may be redeemed in-store or via takeaway (where it is offered); 
    e) may not be used in conjunction with any other Crave benefit (where applicable); 
    f) may not be used for any purchases other than the stated purpose;
  9. In all instances whereby you do not qualify for the Benefit discount, you are required to uncheck your voucher prior to paying with Zapper. 
  10. You are required to redeem the Benefit voucher and pay via Zapper to: 
    a) authorise your membership (invalid memberships will be declined authorization); 
    b) enable your discount. 
  11. Membership is non-transferable. Partners reserve the right to ask for proof of ID. Benefit validity will be checked and an invalid membership will result in your discount being denied.
  12. Participating partners reserve the right to vary prices, times and availability of the Benefit. 
  13. Crave accepts no responsibility for the quality of service and/or products at any of our partners. Furthermore, Crave will not become involved in any non-Crave related disputes between members and partners.
  14. Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent the Crave Coffee Voucher or Zapper terms and conditions will result in your membership being terminated.

NU-METRO MOVIES

  1. This benefit is administered by Live2Give.
  2. Movie vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  3. Movie benefit is valid at selected Nu Metro Cinemas nationwide. The following cinemas do not accept movie codes: Nu Metro Hyde Park, Nu Metro Parkview and Nu Metro Bedford. This list is subject to change at any time. Please visit www.numetro.co.za for more details.
  4. The movie ticket is valid for the period stipulated on front and should be redeemed within the period stated.
  5. No further payment is required when you arrive at the cinemas.
  6. Live2Give is not able to assist with movie queries e.g. movie times, movie ratings etc.
  7. Redeem the tickets at the Nu Metro teller or alternatively book online.
  8. Your Live2Give membership card is not required to redeem this benefit. Where applicable, do not display your Live2Give membership card to Nu Metro staff, only display the SMS voucher codes.
  9. It is recommended that you write your voucher numbers down once you receive the SMS messages containing the voucher numbers.
  10. This benefit only applies to standard 2D movies. It does not apply to 3D movies, 4D movies, 2D Ballet, Opera Circuit & Scene cinemas.
  11. 1 SMS voucher = 1 movie ticket.
  12. This benefit does not include the price of 3D spectacles which must be purchased at the cinema separately.
  13. Vouchers cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other special, promotion and/or discount and /or any club offerings.
  14. Vouchers may only be used once by the person to whom it is issued.
  15. Vouchers will expire on redemption or on the stipulated expiry date, whichever is sooner.
  16. The member to whom the voucher is issued is responsible for its safe-keeping and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  17. Nu Metro reserves the right to withdraw or cancel vouchers for any reason at any time.
  18. Pricing is applicable to adults, seniors and children.
  19. We reserve the right to vary prices and availability of this offer.
  20. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, non-refundable or exchangeable and must not be resold or offered for resale. If the voucher is used in breach of these terms and conditions, the voucher may be cancelled without a refund.
  21. Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent these terms and conditions, will result in your membership being terminated.

MOVIE RENTALS

  1. Refunds are processed by Live2Give and not the participating rental outlets. Please refer all benefit queries to Live2Give.
  2. One rental contract may be purchased and claimed for every month.
  3. The rental outlet tax invoice must correspond with the month claimed for i.e. if a contract was purchased in May 2013, then it must be claimed for the month of May 2013.
  4. Valid on any rental contract, however the maximum claim value will be 50% of the purchase value of the rental contract, up to a maximum refund value of R100.
  5. Your claim will be verified with your rental store to ensure validity.
  6. A tax invoice issued from the rental outlet is mandatory. Without it, your refund will be denied. Should you experience an issue with your rental outlet, please contact Live2Give.
  7. Incomplete/incorrect Rental Claim Forms will result in your claim being delayed or denied.
  8. Refunds will be made to your account from which your current Live2Give membership fees are debited.
  9. Your Live2Give membership must be up-to-date in order to qualify for this benefit.
  10. This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any special offer or promotion.

RYTHMIC BEAT ONLINE

  1. Provided you have purchased a CD, DVD, Game or Blu-Ray product from Rythmic Beat, the  Music/Movie/Gaming benefit entitles you to a discount on the cost of a second CD, DVD, Game or Blu-Ray equal to the cost of the least expensive CD, DVD, Game or Blu-Ray purchased by you, subject to a maximum discount of R 200.00 (two hundred Rand)
  2. Provided we have successfully collected the monthly fee from you, we will SMS an electronic voucher to the cellular number you provided us when you entered into the agreement, on the 15th of each month. Please check the SMS voucher for the validity period.
  3. Should the value of the discount not be sufficient to cover the cost of the benefit item (i.e. a CD, DVD, game or Blu-Ray), you will be required to pay the balance of the price.
  4. No change will be given should the full value of the benefit not be redeemed.
  5. Should you not use the maximum value of the  benefit each month the balance will not be carried forward to subsequent months.
  6. Additional purchases, over and above the 1 item purchased plus the benefit item will be invoiced at their full price.
  7. The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one benefit voucher may be used per transaction.
  8. Vouchers:
       a) cannot be backdated;
       b) can only be redeemed once;
       c) are valid for 3 years.
  9. Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
  10. Should you lose your SMS voucher, you can request a replacement voucher number by phoning/emailing our call-centre. We will SMS or email you a replacement voucher within 24 working hours.
  11. The benefit voucher can only be redeemed by you.
  12. The benefit cannot be used in conjunction with one another or with any other discount or promotion.
  13. We reserve the right to request positive identification from you before accepting your request to redeem the benefit.
  14. We will, subject to having received payment in respect of the item/s, dispatch the item/s to you within 3 working days.
  15. Debits will reflect as Crave followed by your membership number.
