CRAVE DINING CASHBACK

  1. Dining Cashback refunds are processed by Crave and not the restaurant. Accordingly, please refer all benefit queries to Crave.
  2. The Dining Cashback benefit entitles the active Member only to a refund (cashback) on the second most expensive meal, provided:
    1. no less than 2 meals and 2 drinks are physically ordered and paid for by the active Member from the qualifying restaurant; and
    2. the active Member is at least 18 years of age.
  3. The cashback amount will be calculated as the second most expensive meal on the bill, up to a maximum of R120.00 (one hundred and twenty Rand). Claims in dispute may be verified with the restaurant to ensure validity thereof.
  4. The cashback claim will be processed within 4 working days, unless otherwise specified. Over the December holiday period, claims will incur additional processing time. Crave reserves the right to adjust the processing period to which claims are processed.
  5. The Dining Cashback benefit:
    1. is valid for a specified list of restaurants only. Crave shall be entitled, in their sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of restaurants from time to time. Crave shall endeavour to promptly update this list as and when any changes are made. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all listed restaurants are trading, Crave will not be held liable in the event of any restaurant closures; and
    2. is based on the restaurant’s standard prices; and
    3. cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers, promotions, discount vouchers or loyalty programmes; and
    4. may be used in conjunction with Uber One; and
    5. may be used for takeaways and delivery (where available); and
    6. may only be used once per restaurant per day; and
    7. does not apply to desserts, toppings, sides, “build your burger”, sharable platters, extras on burgers/pizzas etc; and
    8. applies to courses that include drinks provided it is not a special; and
    9. applies to individual line items on the menu whereby one line item is the equivalent of one meal; and
    10. may not be used within 3 hours of a previous claim; and
    11. may not be used at any restaurant at which the Member is employed.
  6. A maximum of two memberships may be used per table, provided they are under different names. Each Member must request their own authorisation and claim separately. In the case of two claims submitted, the first claim processed will attract the bigger discount. The cashback amount will be calculated as follows:
    • Membership 1: 2nd most expensive meal on the bill up to max R120.00, with a minimum of 4 drinks
    • Membership 2: 4th most expensive meal on the bill up to max R120.00, with a minimum of 4 drinks
    The same meal may not be claimed for on different memberships.
  7. Pre-authorisation is required in advance of ordering the meals. Authorisation is not a booking and is not a guarantee of a cashback refund. If required, a booking reservation should be made directly by the Member with the restaurant.
  8. Cashback claims:
    1. must be submitted within one calendar month of the restaurant visit; and
    2. will be deposited into the bank account in the name of the Member only; and
    3. must include the original restaurant invoice, which must clearly display the following details: restaurant name, invoice number, invoice total, invoice date, invoice time and meals ordered. At Crave’s discretion, Crave may request for proof of payment to be submitted along with any claims that are submitted e.g. credit card slip, Zapper or Snapscan receipt, or cash receipt. No merchant copies of card slips will be accepted. Failure to produce proof of payment when requested may result in the claim being declined; and
    4. will not be processed if the details on the invoice (restaurant name, date and time) do not match the authorisation details, or if the proof of payment and authorisation time is more than 5 hours apart. If a restaurant visit is rescheduled and falls out of this time, please request a new authorisation. Backdated authorisations are not permitted.
  9. Membership is non-transferable and the benefit may only be utilised by the active Member.
  10. Crave accepts no responsibility for the quality of service and/or meals at restaurants. Furthermore, Crave will not become involved in any non-Crave related disputes between Members and restaurants.
  11. Crave processes and terms and conditions may be amended from time-to-time.
  12. Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent the Crave Dining Cashback benefit terms and conditions, will result in eligibility to use the benefit being suspended or terminated. Furthermore, if any instances of fraud are uncovered, Crave reserves the right to institute criminal proceedings against anyone suspected of committing the fraud.

CRAVE DINING VOUCHER 

  1. The Crave Dining Voucher benefit utilises Zapper (www.zapper.com) to facilitate discounting. The Zapper app is required to be downloaded and installed onto a compatible smartphone (iOS, Android) and you are required to pay using Zapper in order to access the benefit. Zapper terms & conditions apply. Please refer all benefit queries to Crave.
  2. The Crave Dining Voucher benefit entitles the active Member only to a discount of R120, provided:
    1. no less than 2 meals are physically ordered and paid for by the active Member from the participating partner; and
    2. a minimum of R300 is spent.
  3. Provided that the Zapper app was installed by the 15th of the month, the Dining Voucher will be available in the Zapper app on the 1st of the month after the benefit is activated. The voucher will appear under “My vouchers” which can be accessed via the green Vouchers section of the Zapper app. The voucher will be automatically selected when purchasing at participating establishments, should the minimum purchase amount be met.
  4. Any unused redemptions in a month will be forfeited.
  5. The Crave Dining Voucher Benefit:
    1. can only be redeemed at participating partners. Crave shall be entitled, in their sole and absolute discretion, to amend the list of participating partners from time to time. Crave shall endeavour to promptly update the list of participating partners as and when any changes are made. Please check the list of participating partners to confirm availability every time prior to utilising the benefit; and
    2. is based on the participating partners standard prices. Partners reserve the right to restrict the usage of any special offer, promotion, gift card, voucher or loyalty programme in conjunction with the benefit; and
    3. may be redeemed in-store or via takeaway (where it is offered); and
    4. may only be used once per day; and
    5. may not be used in conjunction with any other Crave benefit; and
    6. may not be used for any purchases other than the stated purpose.
  6. In all instances whereby a purchase does not qualify for the benefit discount, the Member is required to deselect the voucher prior to paying with Zapper.
  7. Membership is non-transferable and the benefit may only be utilised by the active Member.
  8. Crave accepts no responsibility for the quality of service and/or products at any of our partners. Furthermore, Crave will not become involved in any non-Crave related disputes between Members and partners.
  9. Crave processes and terms and conditions may be amended from time-to-time.
  10. Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent the Crave Dining Voucher or Zapper terms and conditions will result in your membership being terminated.

CRAVE COFFEE VOUCHER

  1. The Crave Coffee Voucher benefit utilises Zapper (www.zapper.com) to facilitate discounting. The Zapper app is required to be downloaded and installed onto a compatible smartphone (iOS, Android) and you are required to pay using Zapper in order to access the benefit. Zapper terms & conditions apply. Please refer all benefit queries to Crave.
  2. The Crave Coffee Voucher benefit entitles the active Member only to a 50% discount, provided:
    1. no less than 2 non-alcoholic hot beverages are physically ordered and paid for by the active Member from the participating partner; and
    2. a minimum of R30 is spent.
  3. A maximum discount of R25 applies.
  4. Provided that the Zapper app was installed by the 15th of the month, the Coffee Voucher will be available in the Zapper app on the 1st of the month after the benefit is activated. The voucher will appear under “My vouchers” which can be accessed via the green Vouchers section of the Zapper app. The voucher will be automatically selected when purchasing at participating establishments, should the minimum purchase amount be met.
  5. Any unused redemptions in a month will be forfeited.

    4. may be redeemed in-store or via takeaway (where it is offered); and
    5. may only be used once per day; and
    6. may not be used in conjunction with any other Crave benefit; and
    7. may not be used for any purchases other than the stated purpose.
  7. In all instances whereby a purchase does not qualify for the benefit discount, the Member is required to deselect the voucher prior to paying with Zapper.
  8. Membership is non-transferable and the benefit may only be utilised by the active Member.

NU-METRO MOVIES

  1. This benefit is administered by Live2Give.
  2. Movie vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  3. Movie benefit is valid at selected Nu Metro Cinemas nationwide. The following cinemas do not accept movie codes: Nu Metro Hyde Park, Nu Metro Parkview and Nu Metro Bedford. This list is subject to change at any time. Please visit www.numetro.co.za for more details.
  4. The movie ticket is valid for the period stipulated on front and should be redeemed within the period stated.
  5. No further payment is required when you arrive at the cinemas.
  6. Live2Give is not able to assist with movie queries e.g. movie times, movie ratings etc.
  7. Redeem the tickets at the Nu Metro teller or alternatively book online.
  8. Your Live2Give membership card is not required to redeem this benefit. Where applicable, do not display your Live2Give membership card to Nu Metro staff, only display the SMS voucher codes.
  9. It is recommended that you write your voucher numbers down once you receive the SMS messages containing the voucher numbers.
  10. This benefit only applies to standard 2D and 3D movies. It does not apply to 4D movies, 2D Ballet, Opera Circuit & Scene cinemas.
  11. 1 SMS voucher = 1 movie ticket.
  12. This benefit does not include the price of 3D spectacles which must be purchased at the cinema separately.
  13. Vouchers cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other special, promotion and/or discount and /or any club offerings.
  14. Vouchers may only be used once by the person to whom it is issued.
  15. Vouchers will expire on redemption or on the stipulated expiry date, whichever is sooner.
  16. The member to whom the voucher is issued is responsible for its safe-keeping and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  17. Nu Metro reserves the right to withdraw or cancel vouchers for any reason at any time.
  18. Pricing is applicable to adults, seniors and children.
  19. We reserve the right to vary prices and availability of this offer.
  20. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, non-refundable or exchangeable and must not be resold or offered for resale. If the voucher is used in breach of these terms and conditions, the voucher may be cancelled without a refund.
  21. Failure to adhere to, or any attempt to circumvent these terms and conditions, will result in your membership being terminated.

MOVIE RENTALS

  1. Refunds are processed by Live2Give and not the participating rental outlets. Please refer all benefit queries to Live2Give.
  2. One rental contract may be purchased and claimed for every month.
  3. The rental outlet tax invoice must correspond with the month claimed for i.e. if a contract was purchased in May 2013, then it must be claimed for the month of May 2013.
  4. Valid on any rental contract, however the maximum claim value will be 50% of the purchase value of the rental contract, up to a maximum refund value of R100.
  5. Your claim will be verified with your rental store to ensure validity.
  6. A tax invoice issued from the rental outlet is mandatory. Without it, your refund will be denied. Should you experience an issue with your rental outlet, please contact Live2Give.
  7. Incomplete/incorrect Rental Claim Forms will result in your claim being delayed or denied.
  8. Refunds will be made to your account from which your current Live2Give membership fees are debited.
  9. Your Live2Give membership must be up-to-date in order to qualify for this benefit.
  10. This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any special offer or promotion.

1. Live2Give is developed and administered by Igougo (Pty) Ltd trading as Crave.
2. Monthly Members: Your initial fee and all debits thereafter are R149.95.
3. Members authorise Igougo to debit their account on the agreed-upon date. December debits will be processed early, the date of which will be advised via SMS.
4. Members may not resign telephonically. To resign, kindly contact Live2Give in writing via email at support@live2give.co.za. You will receive a confirmation SMS in acknowledgment thereof. Should you not receive an SMS within 24 working hours, kindly contact Live2Give on 0861 2225 2328. Monthly Members: Membership fee debits continue on a monthly basis until 20 working days written notice of intent to resign is received by Live2Give.
5. Live2Give reserves the right to terminate the membership should the member default on their monthly membership subscription fees. In the event of default, the member will forfeit their right to their Live2Give benefits until such time as the outstanding fees are settled.
6. Members may not re-join Live2Give for a period of 180 days subsequent to resignation. Acceptance of new applications will be at the discretion of Live2Give.
7. Benefits may be utilised by the main member only and membership is not transferable.
8. Benefit partners reserve the right to change or withdraw benefits and discounts at any time. Members will have no claim against Live2Give in this event. Members will be notified via email and on the website www.live2give.co.za 30 days prior to any benefit/discount changes. Alternative benefits may be developed and offered as a replacement. Membership fees may be adjusted accordingly.
9. Live2Give partners reserve the right to refuse benefits and discounts if there is any doubt about membership validity.
10. Live2Give reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member’s membership if any misconduct or fraudulent/excessive usage is suspected. Live2Give will not be liable for any refunds whatsoever in the case of any suspension or termination. See individual benefit terms for more details.
11. New partners may be added to the Live2Give programme in which event members will be advised via the website or email.
12. Membership fees may be adjusted annually. This adjustment is expected to be aligned to the consumer price index.
13. Live2Give processes and terms & conditions may be amended from time-to-time.
14. Certain benefits may rely on the member’s cellphone number to be current and active. It is the responsibility of the member to advise Live2Give in writing of any changes to personal or banking details. Live2Give will not be held liable for any loss due to incorrect/outdated personal details.
15. Individual partner benefit terms & conditions apply.
16. Failure to enforce any processes or terms & conditions in any instance will not imply the future lack of enforcement thereof.
17. As per the Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel this contract within 5 working days of joining Live2Give. If we do not hear from you within this time, you will be bound by the terms & conditions of this contract.
